Is there a charge for the site visit?
Site visits and quotations within the Klang Valley are free of charge. For locations further afield, travel costs are advised in advance.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
After the site visit, the written proposal is usually ready within a few working days, depending on project size and supplier quotations.
Can the project be carried out in phases?
Yes. We prepare a pilot package or first phase to suit your current budget, with a plan for later additions.
What are the payment terms?
Payments are made in stages according to work progress, and the terms are clearly stated in the proposal before you agree.
Is a warranty provided after completion?
Yes. The warranty period for equipment and workmanship is stated in the proposal for each project.

The Klang Valley and the whole of Peninsular Malaysia. We have also planned work for rural and island sites.
